The branches of cold chain logistics
The concept of “ cold chain” is firstly applied to food industry. But it is widely connected to other industries.
1.cold chain for food: it is a special supply chain system for keeping food under low temperature, so that the food can still be fresh after the process of producing, transporting,distributing and retailing.
2.Cold chain for health care: it refers to the low temperature control to the medicine, vaccine, diagnostic reagent and relevant raw material in the consistent process of raw material purchasing, sample collection, producing, reaserch and development, clinical test, storing and transporting.
3. Cold chain for aviation: it is a professional cold chain logistic system in aerial.
